Generika Drugstore bagged the prestigious DSAP QUALITY AWARD as the NATIONAL WINNER in CHAIN STORE CATEGORY for 2008.

The national award was given last September 5, 2008, during the 12th DSAP National Convention at CAP John Hay Convention Center in Baguio City. The year 2008 also happens to be the 25th anniversary of DSAP.

The Awards Committee composed of DSAP and Department of Trade and Industry representatives used the following Key Excellence Indicators when they visited, inspected and interviewed the various candidates to determine the regional and overall winners:

• Image and Appearance
• Leadership
• Strategic Planning
• Customer and Market Focus
• Information and Analysis
• Human Resource Focus
• Business Organizational Results.
